Since the GPSR took effect, marketplaces such as Amazon EU have tightened what sellers must provide before a listing can stay live. Missing information is one of the most common reasons listings get suppressed.
What Amazon EU typically asks for
- Manufacturer name and address.
- An EU responsible person with contact details.
- Product safety information and any required warnings.
- Supporting documents for certain categories — certificates, test reports or a Declaration of Conformity.
- Clear product images, including of labels and warnings.
Why listings get blocked
Usually it is not that the product is unsafe — it is that a field is missing, a certificate has expired, or the warning text is not shown. The information exists somewhere; it just is not assembled in the format the platform expects.
Preparing the pack
Oyae reads your existing files and builds a platform-ready pack — the fields to copy, plus Excel, CSV or PDF outputs — so you can move through Seller Central quickly. Oyae prepares the materials; you confirm and submit them on the platform. We do not submit on your behalf or guarantee approval.
